CLEANING SERVICES
Q1: What cleaning services does Caracare offer?: Caracare specialises in professional cleaning and detailing services for caravans, motorhomes, buses, and horse trucks. Our cleaning services cover all aspects of your vehicles, including exteriors (roofs, solar panels, awnings, and cabs) and interiors. You can choose the package that best suits you.
Q2: How often should I get my caravan or motorhome cleaned? The frequency of cleaning depends on your usage and environmental factors. However, regular cleaning every 3-6 months is recommended to maintain the appearance and longevity of your vehicle. Roof cleaning (something we specialise in) should be done annually to avoid building up moss and algae.
Q3: Are your cleaning products safe for the environment and my vehicle? Yes, we developed our own premium, eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products, especially for caravans and motorhomes. They are highly effective yet safe for the environment and gentle on your vehicle's surfaces.
Q4: Can you clean sensitive areas like solar panels, perspex windows and awnings without causing damage? Absolutely. Our team is trained to clean sensitive areas using specialised techniques and our own premium products, ensuring thorough cleaning without causing any harm to these components.
Q5: Do I need to be present during the cleaning process? No. We do require the vehicle to be unlocked and all windows and hatches closed, however.
Q6: How long does a typical cleaning session take? The duration varies based on the size and condition of your vehicle. On average, a thorough cleaning session takes at least 4 hours and up to 6 hours. We work efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner without compromising quality.
Q7: Can you remove stubborn stains and odours from the interiors of my vehicle? Yes, our team is equipped to handle stubborn stains and odours. We use advanced cleaning techniques and our own superior products to effectively remove stains and eliminate odours, leaving your interior fresh and clean.
Q8: What areas do you serve? Caracare presently provides cleaning services in Auckland and Waikato. Our depot is based in Clevedon, South Auckland, about 5 minutes from Ardmore Airport.
Q9: How do I schedule an appointment? Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can contact us via phone at 027 297 8852 or email us at info@caracare.co.nz. Alternatively, you can visit our website and fill out the contact form to request an appointment or book an appointment online.
Q10: Where are you located, or can you come to my place? We are located in Clevedon, about 5 minutes from Ardmore Airport. You can drop your vehicle off to us and pick it up the same or the next day. Alternatively, we have a mobile service and come to your place anywhere in Auckland or Waikato.
Q11: What forms of payment do you accept? We accept various online payment forms, including credit/debit cards and afterpay. Or an invoice can be emailed to you, and you can pay via bank transfer. We also accept cash.

Q1: What about Caracare products?: Caracare specialises in professional cleaning products specially designed for caravans, motorhomes, buses, and horse trucks. Our cleaning products were developed specifically for the RV market sector after years of frustration with inadequate and inferior car products (hint: a motorhome and caravan is not a car! RV's are constructed of steel, aluminium, plastic, fibreglass, decals, polycarbonate/perspex, and differs from a car in many ways!).
Q2. What do your products clean? Our products cover all aspects of your vehicle, including exteriors (roofs, solar panels, awnings, perspex (polycarbonate) windows, cabs and interiors. You can choose the right product or package to suit you.
